A paralegal by day, Ms. Owens began writing paranormal romance in the 90’s, and truly found her voice penning magickal, futuristic/fantasy romance.

Her latest book, Heart Quest, was released this month by Berkley Sensation.

The Cafe will be giving away a copy of Heart Mate, her first book which was re-issued in August.
