Hot Desert Wind Blows Through The Next Midnight Brew
Our next Midnight Brew is a sultry mix of hot desert winds and steamy passions when we welcome award-winning author Barbara Clark.
Barbara, who also writes under the erotic romance pen name of April Reid, creates sultry sci-fi with exotic paranormal overtones. Her stories captivate the imagination.
Born in San Diego, California, but basically raised all over the United States, Barbara did most of that moving during World War 2 when her father’s job took him to the East Coast and back again. The two and a half years she lived in Tucson, Arizona, influenced her life and her writing.
A former school teacher, Barbara is now retired and excited by her new and growing career as a writer. Her book Dark Passions was a Golden Quill Finalist, and also a Desert Rose Golden Quill Awards Finalist—for Best Science Fiction/Fantasy/Futuristic!
