1. Eggnog or hot chocolate?
Hot Chocolate, but with tiny colored marshmallows…yum!

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just put them under the tree?
Wraps the pressies!

3. Colored or white lights on tree/house?
multicolored blinking lights everywhere, oh wait…that’s actually the landing strip for the spaceship. LOL

4. Do you hang mistletoe?
Always. Never know when ya might get lucky!

5. When do you put your decorations up?
The first weekend in December–usually. :)

6. What is your holiday dish (excluding dessert)?
walnut and cranberry date bread or a coke ham.

7. Favorite holiday memory as a child.
My mum teaching me how to make orange pomanders with cloves.

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa?
I knew when I was about eight, but I faked it for another two years in order to get more loot. LOL.

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?
Yes. Most of the pressies are opened long before even the 24th. :)

10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree?
Hubby does 90% of the work. ;) But I like to watch. LOL.

11. Snow! Love it or dread it?
I LOVE snow. It’s not Yule without it.
But I admit I do NOT like ice. Ouch!

12. Can you ice skate?
Can I just reiterate the word – Ouch? LOL. I am not fond of falling and as I recall, ice skating involves a hell of a lot of falling. Eek!

13. Do you remember your favorite gift?
I love all gifts, but my favorite was a big red bow…but I won’t say what it was attached to. LOL.

14. What’s the most important thing about the holidays for you? My family and friends and sharing happiness.

15. What is your favorite holiday dessert?
plum pudding…with hard sauce…lol… yum!

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Exchanging presents

17. What tops your tree?
A five-pointed golden star.

18. Which do you prefer, giving or receiving?
Giving. I love to see the look on people’s faces at the unusual stuff I come up with for gifts. :)

19. What is your favourite Christmas song?
Feliz Navidad by José Feliciano (hope I spelled that correct). This is closely followed by Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.

20. Candy canes:
Love them. My favorite are clove.

21. Favourite Christmas movie?
A Christmas Story

22. What do you leave for Santa?
Nothing anymore, but when I was a little kid, I left carrots for the reindeer, and oatmeal raisin cookies, and milk for Santa.
