What Did Santa Bring You?

As most of my loyal readers know, I love to sit at my desk and write while wearing my fuzzy slippers.

But they were getting old and worn, so I asked Santa to bring me a new pair of slippers this year, and did he ever! Oh boy!

I got four new pairs of slippers! OMG!

I am in slipper heaven! A pair of sexy slippers, for the boudoir, (hee, hee), a pair for being fun and comfy…

a pair to match my beautiful new blue fuzzy robe…

and a pair for those cold winter nights.

Well, Santa brought me a beautiful new watch :cheer: and then he gave me two gifts that I couldn’t have guessed if I’d tried: Rod Stewart’s latest CD and the complete first season of The Brady Bunch.:bag: I remember telling him that I wanted Barry Manilow’s latest CD, but it’s the thought that counts, right?

  2. Cass Says:

 Hey Lu! Yep. It’s the thought that counts. :headphones:

But you can’t go wrong with a nice watch. I didn’t get any CDs this year, and I usually do. ::bummer::
But I did get my slippers! Weee! No cold feet in this house! LOL.

And I’ll slip on those sexy black slippers so I can get in a sexy mood to write my naughty sex scenes. Hmm, wonder if I could claim slippers as a writing expense on taxes? LOL.

If so, I may have to go pick up the pair of red ones I saw. Ooh la la.

  3. Diana Castilleja Says:

That’s so cool. :) Love the black fuzzy ones. :cheer:

  4. Shelli Stevens Says:

Oooh if those last ones are UGGs I have them and looove them! I got an MP3 player that I just can’t understand! :banghead:

  5. Angeleque Ford Says:

I love slippers too. Unfortunately Santa couldn’t find any this year to get me. I usually get them from my Godmother but got a nice pair of silk pajama’s instead.

But I do have the great slipper boot from last year that are just about worn out that I’m trying to find again. Those were so warm, comfy and cozy.

    I envy you your slippers.

  6. Heather Says:

Oh, that last pair looks warm and cozy! I’m usually in slipper socks around the house, sometimes two pair depending on how chilly it is in here (corner apt. w/ northeast exposure). My feet don’t like being cold.

  7. Shari Straight Says:

 Happy yule! I have 4 pairs of slippers that I wear from November thru March - leopard print, black fuzzy ones, UT white with burnt orange embroidery, and gray clogs with “outside soles”.

    I (heart) my slippers!

Diana - you have gotta get a pair of these, toots. They make your legs look so long and sexy. And you just feel sexier.

  10. Cass Says:

    Hey Shelli!

Yep. The Uggs were a gift from my sister in Oz…er (Australia), not the yellow brick road land.

  11. Cass Says:

Angelique - silk PJs are pretty snazzy. Sounds like Godmama has very good taste and sense of style.
Might have to ask for some sexy slippers to go with the PJs.

  12. Cass Says:

Shari - ooh, leopard print….
    I HEART Leopard Print.

  13. Cass Says:

    Hey Cia!

 Glad you are feeling a bit better! Thank you for stopping by, hon. Take care of yourself, or I may just havta slide on my uggs and walk over and check on you…400 miles give or take.

  16. Cass Says:

    Hey Gwen,

Actually, only the blue ones and the black ones were from my sweetie. The uggs were from my sister that lives over in Oz and the horsey ones were from a good friend of mine that lives in Lexington. :)

She knows how I love silly, fun things. I’m really just a big goof-ball. LOL.
