Where is Your Tat?
The other day, my sister, my mum, and a good friend of mine were talking about going out and getting tattoos. That’s right, my 80+ year old mother. They are trying to talk me into it, since I am also a tat virgin. Hey, needles are soo not my thing, ya’ll. LOL
Anyway, the conversation switches to where they’d want the tat if they got one, and what artwork they’d want. After an hour or more of thoughtful discussion, my sister admits she was just teasing, but now mum has that scary glimmer in her eyes that foretells trouble.
I just know that I’ll get talked into taking her to a tat parlor now. OMG. Hubby has said more than once that if I get one, he won’t be pleased. That in itself is usually reason enough to rouse the rebel in me and go do whatever he tells me I shouldn’t do. LOL
I know some locations are more painful than others, and some places on the body are more difficult to get to, so I wondered, if you have a tat, where is yours located and what did you decide on getting?
I dunno, but I kind of like the little seahorse, what do you think? :)

I’m a tat virgin too, although I’ve been thinking about getting one for several years now. I can’t decide what I want, and considering I have to live with it forever, I want to be sure.
The seahorse is lovely.
I’ve contemplated a dragon–I was born in the year of the dragon. But there are so many dragons out there, I don’t know which one to choose. I only want a small tattoo. Not something large.
Good luck if you decide to get your tattoo.

Ooh, N.J., I love the idea of a dragon. That would be cool. But yes there are so many dragon designs, how would you choose just one?
If I don’t get one now, I’ll probably get one if I go to RT next year. If the girls get me liquored up, heck, I might get two!

Wow, Tami! That’s a lot of tats! Let me ask you, as a multi-tatted woman, did the ones on your calf hurt the worst or the one on your thigh or inside ankle?
I’m trying to pick the least painful spot. LOL. Big chicken here. :p

I have one tat, but many more planned. I have my tat on my lower middle back (yeah, I know, Bulls-eye! lol) And it is the face of a wolf. That hurt alot. People say that you go numb after a while? yeah, people lie! Anywhere on bone will hurt. Anywhere there are a lot of nerve endings will hurt. When I got my wolf done, he took three hours and my body actually started to go into shock! But like people say, tat’s are addictive and I can’t wait to go get more!!!
