This time last year I already had half my Yule shopping done. Since I can’t drive, most of my shopping is being done online. Which is fine, except the shipping charges are outrageous! Yikes! I sent a box of specialty goodies to one of my family and the s&h was something like $10.00 and the goodies themselves were only $15! Eek.
So I am on the lookout for places that offer free shipping. I saw one place that offered free shipping if you spent over $50. I was hoping to keep it under $30, since if I spend $50 on her, then I feel honor-bound to spend $50 on each person on my list…and when you have a family as big as mine and as spread out as mine, it can really add up.
