The Best Word In The English Language

imagesThe best word in the English language is remission. I love hearing it, especially in regards to moi. I got the call last night after I got home from the hospital. You are clear and in remission. Thank you, Universe! Whew. Another year in remission from the hurtle cell carcinoma. I am still tired, still wiped out from the lack of meds for the past two months and the no salt/iodine diet, but I will regain my strength now that I have the all clear and can go back on my thyroid meds. Yay!

In the meanwhile, I have four—count ‘em, 4 books almost ready to go. I need to finish the last three chapters on the one ebook I plan to market through Smashwords, then there’s very very naughty ebook I plan to send around and see if I have any takers, and I imagine I will. If not, though it will also find it’s way to Smashwords as a 99¢ special. :-)

The other two are destined for NY or an agent and I can only hope someone out there loves the storyline and theme. Well, also the plot and the characters. lol.

So much happening over at the Midnight Moon Cafe too. I try to pop in there and keep an eye on things. Oh, and I just updated the ‘NEWS’ page here on my blog to reflect my guest spot at a place in Second Life. That will be this May. :-)

Lots going on and glad to be here with ya’ll so I can do it. Remission! Weee!

Love and hugs for those who prayed and lit candles. Thank you for the gift of your positive energy!

Until next time…

~ Cass
